Our products are not mass produced. Each item that we carry - we also make. Because the majority of our orders are personalized, we make them “per order”. We do not use spray paint, vinyl and stencils to create your products. We utilized sustainable wood products and acrylics that are laser engraved ensuring you 3D dimension and depth with our wood products. Our products are visually appealing and made to last!

If you are comparison shopping you should always compare apples to apples. Make sure that both items have the same dimensions and same thickness. Are the graphics applied with spray paint and/or vinyl whereas ours are 3D laser cut wood and/or acrylics. Is one spray painted and one stained to reflect the grain of the wood? Are they both treated post-production to ensure longevity?

All of our wood products are treated with a finisher for extended life. The Address Signs, Porch Leaners and Door Hangers can be displayed outdoors. The other signs are intended for indoor display. This will always be indicated in the Product Description.

Each piece that we create is made from wood. All creations will be different due to grains, notches, and the various patterns of the wood. This makes each piece truly unique. You can always request to see an image sample before we ship your finished product. Please feel free to communicate with us regarding any concerns. There is no such thing as too much information.

Because our products are handcrafted and customized each item is made to spec. Once your order is received it should ship out within 10 - 14 days. You will receive a notification along with your tracking number once it ships.

You can ship our products directly to your gift recipient. We'd be happy to include a complimentary gift note. Please let us know in the notes to seller field.

Because the majority of our products are personalized we do not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective items. All products are handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to help! We require a picture of the entire item and clear images of any defects or problems. We will be happy to send you a replacement. We urge you to inspect your sign as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.

Please contact us immediately and we will check your order status and see if we can make any changes. Most orders begin production right away, so changes are not always possible.

We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground service.

Absolutely. Many of our products look great without personalization.

You can request to receive a digital proof of your personalized order at checkout. Please note that a delay in authorization of acceptance may cause a delay in production and shipping time. Unfortunately we do not provide proofs before you order.

Absolutely, please contact us before you order to let us know, then forward the text that you want to be reflected on the items. You will be responsible for spelling and punctuation.

Yes, you can pay the sum that exceeds your gift card balance with a credit card or a debit card.

Yes, you can use two separate gift cards to pay for your order and complete your purchase.

No, your gift card maintains the same value as cash. You gift card will always maintain it’s value until it is used to make a purchase.

No, only the recipient of the gift card can make purchases utilizing the distinct gift card code.
